Return Policy
We want every product to arrive ready for real use. Review return eligibility before ordering, especially for custom or bulk items.
Standard products
Unused standard products may be eligible for return within [X days] of delivery. Items must be in original condition and packaging. Contact us before sending anything back.
Custom and bulk orders
Custom products, made-to-order items, and approved bulk orders may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping costs may be non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Start a return
