Radnor offers three water-based anti-spatter formulas. All products are non-toxic, biodegradable, environmentally safe and they do not contain silicones or chlorinated solvents. Radnor water-based anti-spatters provide a uniform coating when applied to MIG nozzles, tips, fixtures and piece parts to prevent weld spatter build-up. They are easy to clean up, and due to their non-toxicity, are a great choice for extended use in confined spaces.

  • Best choice for heavy-duty manual welding applications
  • Can be diluted with water in a 1:1 ratio or higher for additional cost savings
  • Aerosol spray cans use dimethyl ether rather than nitrogen as the propellant to assure full product utilization
  • Bag On Valve packaging allows spraying from all angles(even upside down) and still evacuates 99.9% of the product.
  • Prevents spatter build up on MIG nozzles, tips, fixtures and material during welding applications.
